How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are held via video call. You'll have access to a client portal where you can view upcoming sessions, notes, action items, and resources.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may count toward your package total.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
